Ingredient:Cobalt/manganese metal salt (Cobalt/manganese drying accelerator), petroleum solvent (petroleum solvent)
Uses:
- Promotes the drying process from both the surface and inside the paint layer
- Does not affect paint colors much (except for bright colors)
Note:
Should not be used with white or light colors (for white and light colors, use Siccatif Blanc)
With paint, mix at a ratio of 1-10 (10% Siccatif). With oil, mix with a ratio of 3-10 (30% Siccatif).
Details:
A dark brown Siccatif mixed with metal salts such as Cobalt and Manganese. The strongest cobalt salts promote drying from the paint surface, while manganese salts promote drying from both the surface and the inside. The dark brown color fades as it dries and becomes inconspicuous. The color of the solvent is brown, so it will be difficult to use with white or light colors (for white and light colors, use Siccatifu blanc).
The color tone of the paint changes immediately after mixing and after drying, so pay attention to color balance. When mixing directly with oil paint, mix at a ratio of 1-10 (10% Siccatif), and when mixing with vegetable oil (drying oil), mix at a ratio of 3-10 (30% Siccatif).
