 Purpose: Dilute and increase color gloss while still maintaining the durability of the color layer.
 The color is slightly "milky" white but when dry it will be clear and colorless.
 Increase color gloss.
 Does not affect drying time.
 Increase the "plasticity" of the color "film" layer.
 Water resistant when dry.
 Can be mixed with acrylic in any ratio.
 Use in conditions above 10 degrees Celsius and store at room conditions.
